Reservation and cancellation policies
A deposit specified on the booking form must be paid at the time of booking. In case of a last minute or non-refundable booking, the full amount will be paid. The deposit must be paid by bank transfer or credit card. The balance must be paid on arrival. The Management reserves the right to agree and negotiate different arrangements with the customer, depending on the nature of the agreement or needs arising.
Check-in time is from 2.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. on the day of arrival (unless otherwise agreed, in which case there may be small surcharges for staff overtime) and must be vacated no later than 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

VFH welcomes each guest in person and controls identity documents for registration on police portals, as required by Italian regulations,
At the time of booking, the actual number of occupants must be indicated, as it will not be possible to accommodate a different number of occupants than the number provided and indicated. Any change in the number of occupants will result in a change to the previously agreed rate.
Animals are not allowed in the facilities.
Should the cancellation take place after the number of free cancellation days specified in the tariff, the customer must pay the full agreed sum.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
On arrival, the customer must pay a security deposit that varies according to the facility (from 100 EUR to 250 EUR). This deposit will be returned on departure after deduction of any damage caused to the flat and furnishings.
For any disputes that may arise, the parties, by mutual agreement, undertake to refer the matter to the Court of Law of Palermo, according to the specific competence.
